SEED GERMINATION AND SEEDLINGS: 10-50-10 Fertile Grower water soluble plant food or 5-10-5 Age Old Organic Liquid Bloom
FIELD TRANSPLANTS: Prior to planting, work into top 6 inches, Age Old Organics Dry Grow. Use as transplant solution 10-50-10 Fertile Grower water soluble plant food or 5-10-5 Age Old Organic Liquid Bloom.
PRIOR TO FRIUT SET, FOLIAR APPLICATIONS
Apply 20-20-20 Fertile Grower water soluble plant food or 12-6-6 Age Old Organics Liquid Grow. Apply every 7 to 10 days as part of the regular watering program.
MID-SEASON: Continue with regular fertilizer program. Alternate fertilizer applications with 15-0-15 10 CA Fertile Grower water soluble. The addition of heavier potash and calcium to the program increases stem strength, and builds stronger cell walls.
SPECIAL TREATMENTS: Use Pro-Tech to wipe pumpkins to prevent fungi growth on surface. Use Ca-libur 20 for crawling insect protection and as an additional source of calcium. It also protects against sun burn on plants.
For that special pumpkin: Try using Age Old Fish and Seaweed. A 100% organic fish and seaweed blend that provides macro & micro nutrients, stimulates healthy root growth and a powerful bio-stimulant.
OTHER NUTRIENTS
Soil and foliage testing should be done to determine major nutrient requirements. Inclusion of additional secondary elements such as sulfur and calcium along with trace elements in foliar programs will help obtain maximum crop yields.
